My husband and I met in NYC, we fell in love in NYC, we spent our first trip in NYC (we first met in SL, but in person we decided to meet in New York for the first time, so you get the picture). My heart is broken in a million of pieces. I can log in to SL and visit NYC inspired sims. That could be my escape. But I cannot escape the pain. Stay healthy and inside.
