Hey, guys!
Sometimes coming up with a nice photo takes time. Sometimes we try many poses and they all look "meh". Sometimes we visit countless sims looking for inspiration and they simply won't work out. This photo might look simple, but coming up with the idea of using this pose while wearing this kimono took me weeks. First I began trying the most common ideas for props: japanese lanterns, food and wagasas. These simply didn't help to show how special this kimono was. I also knew I wanted to display the shoes from the Jihi set, because they are very cute.
When picking up a pose, I try to look for movement, a pose that truly helps me to tell a story. I did a little research and I believe this type of kimono isn't a "festival" kimono, for example, but instead, the type of kimono people would wear every day for daily activities.
I'm aware this kimono was made inspired by Nezuko, from the anime "Kimetsu no Yaiba". It's been a long time since I don't watch anime, so I wasn't aware of Nezuko until this kimono was released. But I looked around some videos on Youtube and it seems like "Kimetsu no Yaiba" has many extremely colorful scenes during night times. .
