Grace has been enjoying little (maybe not so “little”) moments of indulgence lately. Since she was fired from her job at Spellbound magazine — after telling her boss she wanted to write a political piece advocating for more rights for the domestic elves — Grace had to move back to her parents home, in Warwickshire. Now, at every chance, she indulges in any sugary treat that might help her ease her anxious heart. Grace is also assisting her mother, working at their Apothecary in the village of Wilmcote. She’s been trying to raise funds to go traveling. She dreams about going on adventures and writing books about them. Her true goal is to become a real serious writer, one that would make her parents proud, rather than a columnist in a gossip magazine.
